Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Accountant to support daily office operations and assist with accounting and financial tasks. This role combines administrative responsibilities with bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounts management to ensure efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Answer phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation
- Support management and staff with administrative tasks
Accounting Duties
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare invoices and track payments
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records
- Prepare financial spreadsheets
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of administrative and/or accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial and company information
