    Job Summary

    We are looking for a proactive and personable Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth office operations by providing essential support to our employees. Your responsibilities will include managing phone calls, organizing and filing documents, preparing invoices, coordinating with customers, and handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in typing and general computer tasks, along with a positive and professional demeanor, is essential for success in this role.

    Responsibilities

    Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person

    Filing papers

    Typing up handwritten invoices

    Maintain an organized filing system

    Assist office manager in her daily tasks

    Qualifications

    Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines

    Excellent computer skills

    Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
