    At All About Behavior, one of Hawaii’s most established and respected ABA clinics (15+ years strong), we deliver exceptional Behavioral services to children with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges. We don’t just implement programs. We change lives — and we’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to help us do that.

    DUTIES include but not limited to:

    Answering incoming calls and provide accurate information

    Maintain daily communication with parents and staff

    Managing office organization and appearance of the center

    Re-stocking and ordering supplies as needed to ensure adequate inventory

    Perform data entry and manage electronic folders effectively

    Assist with scanning, and other clerical duties as required

    Attending to children during nap, lunches, drop off and pick up as needed.

    Assist with cleaning and disinfecting of toys/books/learning areas to maintain a safe and health environment

    Supporting other admin positions as needed such as: scheduling, problem solving daily operations, company events

    Basic requirements:

    AT least 1 year commitment. ONLY APPLY if you can fulfill this criterion.

    Must have reliable mode of transportation (Public transportation does not come to our location and ride share such as Uber is not reliable.)

    Pass a 10 year state and federal background check

    CPR certified or become CPR certified

    Yearly TB clearance

    Characteristics:

    Display a high degree of judgment, discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

    Knowledge of office administration and clerical work. Knowledge of telephone etiquette and customer service.

    Communicate effectively, fairly and with respect

    Excellent customer service skills.

    Team player, but able to work independently.

    Punctual and dependable.

    Organized and time efficient.

    Able to multi-task

    Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

    Experience/Education:

    1. Minimum High-school diploma or equivalent
    2. At least one year of experience working in an office setting and/or working around children. (Not required but a plus)

    Schedule: Rotating shifts of 7:00AM - 3:30PM and 9:30AM - 6:00PM shift (30 minute non paid lunch), Monday through Friday schedule required. Shift's are shared and coordinated between the 2 onsite admin.
