We are looking for a reliable and organized Assistant to support daily office operations and help ensure efficient workflow. The Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, provide support to staff and management, and contribute to a well-organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to managers and staff
Prepare, organize, and maintain files, documents, and records
Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries professionally
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
Assist with data entry, reports, and correspondence
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed
Support day-to-day office operations and special projects
Handle confidential information with discretion
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as an assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in office administration or customer service
