Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our team At a Fast Paced HVAC company. In this role, you will provide support to our office employees, as well as Being the First Person our customers speak with on a Daily Basis. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, Dispatching Techs to Service Calls, and writing some correspondence. Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
Maintain an organized filing system for invoices.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred, But not Required.
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position ( Willing to Train the Right candidate).
Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
Able to or Willing to Answer Multiple Phone Lines at once ( you will have some assistance)
Open and Willing to Learn How to Better Serve our Customers
