This role provides a variety of administrative support to case managers, attorneys, and firm management. Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support for the office (e.g., run errands, obtain supplies, plan/prepare/close for office events, set up new physical & virtual files, execute case file closure procedures, organize the office) • Process incoming and outgoing mail • File, scan, and copy documents and files • Serve as a back-up for the receptionist for breaks and out-of-office coverage • Schedule client appointments for attorneys and paralegals • Greet visitors and clients • Manage calls from clients seeking information about their cases • Assist with special projects • Fulfill other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: • Bilingual in English/Spanish required (full, written, and oral professional-level fluency) • Highly organized, proactive, collaborative, detailed, and process-oriented • Strong written, phone, and interpersonal communication skills • Demonstrated effective problem-solving and issue-resolution skills • Works well under pressure and understands the importance of accuracy and timeliness • Professional and courteous; positive attitude; punctual • Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook proficiency • Tech-savvy • Self-starter; quick learner • This is an on-site position (Monday-Friday), 9 AM-5:30 PM Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
