Key Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling and appointments using scheduling software
• Assist with billing and invoicing processes
• Handle a variety of administrative tasks
• Communicate effectively with customers over the phone and in person
• Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor in all interactions
• Learn and utilize Google Sheets for data management
