The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities: • Office Management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive work environment. • Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and conference calls, including calendar management for executives. • Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, letters, and phone calls. • Documentation: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. • Data Entry: Maintain and update databases, records, and files with accuracy and confidentiality. • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements. Qualifications: • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Compensation: $37,500 - $43,500 yearly
