    Job Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Atlanta, GA Position Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of administrative tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills. Responsibilities: • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner. • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management. • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other forms of communication. • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. • Assist with invoicing, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks. • Handle special projects as assigned and provide support to different departments when needed. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers). • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation: $38,000 - $45,000 yearly
