A+ Auto Service – North Charleston, SC A+ Auto Service is looking for a dependable, organized Administrative Assistant to support our front office and service team. If you enjoy a fast‑paced environment, clear communication, and keeping operations running smoothly, this role is a great fit. Position Overview You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and a key support for our Service Writers and parts workflow. This role requires strong multitasking, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional attitude. Key Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions • Schedule appointments and help manage the shop calendar • Receive, check in, and organize incoming parts deliveries • Communicate with vendors as needed • Assist Service Writers with repair orders, customer updates, and workflow coordination • Maintain customer records and help with basic office tasks • Support daily shop operations as needed Qualifications • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to multitask in a busy environment • Basic computer skills (experience with shop software is a plus) • Reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented • Prior automotive or service‑industry experience is helpful but not required What We Offer • Supportive, team‑focused environment • Competitive pay based on experience • Opportunities for training and growth within the shop
