    Position Summary

    This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a central point of coordination within the team. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and execution focused a person who can take direction, learn quickly, and help get the job done, even when tasks fall outside a traditional job description.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to management and project teams

    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

    • Maintain organized records, files, and databases

    • Assist with vendor communications, purchasing, and invoice tracking

    • Take on additional tasks as needed to support evolving business priorities

    • Greet visitors and handle incoming calls in a professional manner

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience (logistics or government contracting experience a plus)

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

    • Professional, positive, and adaptable attitude
