Position Summary
This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a central point of coordination within the team. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and execution focused a person who can take direction, learn quickly, and help get the job done, even when tasks fall outside a traditional job description.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to management and project teams
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Maintain organized records, files, and databases
Assist with vendor communications, purchasing, and invoice tracking
Take on additional tasks as needed to support evolving business priorities
Greet visitors and handle incoming calls in a professional manner
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative or office support experience (logistics or government contracting experience a plus)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
