    Ivonne Welch Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team. This position would primarily be responsible for submitting and keeping track of the Medicare Insurance enrollments written by our agents. You must be bilingual to be able to help our new enrollees resolove any issues that arise during their enrollment process. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. This position is full-time with benefits available upon reaching designated employment milestones. Starting compensation is $19.00- $22 per hour DOE.

    To excel in this role, you will need to be able to handle multiple assignments at once, and have the follow through to see each one to a satisfactory completion. You will need to be an extremely organized multi-tasker who is able to stay focused. You listen to instructions and take direction well with an ability to follow established protocols. Reliability is key for this position, as data will need to be processed daily and reporting information distributed to the appropriate parties. Good communication skills are also a must. Bilingual in Spanish is a must!

    Duties to include:

    Inspecting all application for errors, verifying all information is properly filled out

    Submit applications to Insurance Companies

    Keep accurate records of applications submitted including recoreds of each agent's daily enrollment

    Enter enrollment information accurately into our CRM system

    Enter appropriate future tasks for our CSR team into our CRM system

    Schedule forwarding call orders to appropriate individual in our phone system

    Assist in corrrecting information errors with our clients and agents.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    One year of experience in a professional office setting

    The ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task

    Above-average computer skills, with the ability to learn new software quickly

    A general understanding of and prior experience using Microsoft Excel

    Strong grasp of the English and Spanish languages, both written and verbal

    A positive and professional attitude

    Flexibility in your work schedule to include evenings and weekends

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Previous experience in Medicare or insurance

    A basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Software or previous experience with Zoho CRM

    Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel
