    Job Summary

    We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant/Billing Clerk to join our team Please know this position is for an in-home office. In this role, you will provide support to our Office Administration, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    Handle Invoicing, Company Bills, Maintain financial records (QuickBooks)

    Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately

    Perform takeoffs for Proposals to prospective Customers

    Create and maintain an organized filing system

    Maintain relevant office procedures

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED, administrative training is required.

    Previous experience In a Construction Office (Underground Utilities Preferred) as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position

    Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines

    Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and QuickBooks

    Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects

    Familiarity with Underground Utilities Construction Drawings/Plans
