Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.

Coordinate communication between departments and assist in project management tasks.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee record maintenance.

Contribute to a positive office environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.

Knowledge of construction terminology is a plus.

Bilingual is a plus
