    JOB DESCRIPTION: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    Job Description: Administrative Assistant

    Brazen Restaurant Group

    Position Summary

    The Administrative Assistant works directly with the Director of Operations, Director of Restaurants, and Ownership team. This role is responsible for managing diverse projects across both the restaurant and property management groups, handling documentation, and managing correspondence for leadership.

    Core Responsibilities

    Systems & Payroll Management

    Oversee Toast POS and payroll modules.

    Manage the Payroll Benefits and Time Away (PTO accruals) modules.

    Generate and analyze Toast Reports and other integrated applications.

    Restaurant Operations & Administration

    Talent & Events: Assist with band and entertainment bookings, including rates, schedules, contracts, and W9s. Support special events like wine and whiskey dinners.

    Financial & Legal: Provide support for accounting, taxes, banking, and 401k administration.

    Insurance: Assist with audits for Commercial and Workers' Compensation insurance.

    Marketing: Oversee social media creation for all restaurant properties and support Obsidian PR.

    Communications & Relationship Management

    Liaison: Act as a corporate representative at manager meetings, taking notes, providing summaries, and following up on action items.

    Internal/External: Manage inbound email and facilitate investor communications and reporting.

    Relations: Conduct site visits for the Director of Operations and manage professional relationships via thank-you notes, flowers, or cards.

    Property Management Support

    Tenant Relations: Coordinate property viewings, lease signings, renewals, and rent collection.

    Maintenance: Schedule repairs and oversee regular servicing for HVAC and pest control.

    Operations: Manage DoorLoop records, property insurance (State Farm & Brisa), and utility/bank platforms (MLGW, KTAM, Naylo).

    Security & Assets: Maintain alarm systems and organize duplicate key sets for office and midtown locations.

    Special Projects

    Merchandising: Manage the online shop for Celtic & Bog merchandise.

    Community: Support outreach projects (OWL, Memphis Irish Society) and vet donation/sponsorship requests.

    Personal Support: Assist ownership with personal gifting, notes, and family event planning.
