Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper
- Pay Range: $24-$26/hr DOE
- Hours: M-F: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Location: Fort Collins, CO

How you’ll spend your time as an Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant:
- Greet and welcome visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Draft correspondence.
- Refer tenant requests to appropriate vendors for repairs & maintenance.
- Handle bookkeeping for multiple companies.
- Track leases, update directories, and manage signage.
- Manage office supplies.
- Handle mail and deliveries.
- Collect rents and handle financial transactions.
Skills & experience we’d like you to have as an Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of receptionist or administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong client service and communication skills.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop.
- Ability to handle basic bookkeeping for multiple entities.
