Responsibilities: • Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the marketing team • Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard • Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency What you will be doing: • Talking with leads, identifying their needs, and matching them with the appropriate services we offer. • Scheduling qualified leads for an individual consultation or a group sales presentation. • Making sure everyone who contacts the Firm for help is better off, whether by scheduling a consultation, making a referral to an appropriate firm or other contact, sharing free resources produced by the firm, or some other assistance. • Following up with Leads who do not move forward with our process. • Assisting with Workshop Events, following up with attendees after the workshop. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired • Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel • Sales or customer service experience highly valued • Background in the legal industry preferred Who you are: • You have at least 2 years of customer service experience. • You know how to build trust fast and don’t flinch at emotional conversations. • You write great emails. Not “template great”— actual human great. • You’ve got emotional intelligence, not just hustle. • You manage yourself. You hit your numbers. And you’re always hungry for more. Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
