    Immediate Opening – Medical / Legal Administrative Assistant

    We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Personal Injury and Lien Services operations. The ideal candidate has experience working with medical providers, law firms, and case-related documentation, and understands the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and timely follow-up in a lien-based environment.

    Required Skills & Experience

    Data entry experience with a typing speed of 50+ WPM

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines effectively

    Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

    Job Summary

    This position provides administrative and operational support across departments while serving as a point of contact for clients and vendors.

    Key Responsibilities

    Answer and direct incoming calls; respond to client and patient inquiries professionally

    Process incoming medical and legal paperwork; scan, upload, and distribute documents electronically

    Process payments and maintain transaction records

    Maintain accurate physical and electronic records related to cases, patients, and billing

    Manage, monitor, and follow up on patient and/or client accounts

    Coordinate with internal departments

    Schedule meetings; maintain calendars

    Request, collect, and organize medical records and billing documentation

    Draft and distribute professional emails, correspondence, and internal memoranda

    Assist with developing, updating, and maintaining office procedures and compliance standards

    Qualifications

    Previous experience in a medical, legal, or administrative office preferred

    Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

    Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

    Familiarity with medical records, legal documentation, or case management systems is a plus

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe software
