Job Summary We are a construction company in San Diego seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This position requires general office skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Google Drive file management
Timeclock / timesheet support
Basic IT / computer troubleshooting
Communicating with clients, vendors, and field staff
File maintenance (physical and digital records)
Answering phones and directing calls
Sorting mail and ordering office supplies
Assisting with general office organization
Requirements
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
Basic computer and office experience required
Strong organization and communication skills
Ability to work independently and stay on task
Construction office experience is a plus but not required
Pay & Benefits
$23 – $25 per hour (DOE)
Employer-paid healthcare after 90 days
40 hours paid sick time after 90 days
401(k) with employer matching after 6 months
Paid holidays after 6 months
