    Description:

    As an Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the business owner, assisting with the operations of running a small business and learn the recruiting industry. 

    This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and recruiting operations in a fast-paced, small business environment.

    An ideal candidate is a recent graduate or looking for an internship from the Business Administration or HR Administration programs.

    Qualifications:

    • Results-driven mindset
    • Interest in Human Resources, Business, or related field
    • Strong with Microsoft Office, including Excel
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Job Duties:

    • Supporting the business owner on operational tasks
    • Provide administrative support to the HR and recruiting team
    • Support the maintenance of employee records and databases
    • Participate in job postings and social media recruitment efforts
    • Assist with reviewing resumes and screening candidates
    • Help schedule interviews and communicate with job applicants
