Administrative Assistant – Medicare-Certified Home Health

We are a Medicare-certified home health agency seeking a full-time organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support executive leadership and assist with administrative, patient, and compliance-related functions.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Administrator
Manage calendars, meetings, and confidential correspondence
Assist with CMS, Medicare, and state compliance documentation
Support survey, audit, and recertification preparation
Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and files
Assist with HR files, credential tracking, and onboarding documentation
Coordinate communication with clinical staff and external partners
Qualifications
Administrative or executive assistant in a healthcare organization
Home health experience helpful
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
EMR experience (WellSky, Axxess, HCHB) a plus
