Cedar Park Group is hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative, financial, and communication functions for ongoing projects. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accurate documentation and smooth workflow coordination across departments.
The Administrative Assistant will assist with essential administrative operations, including recordkeeping, payroll support, invoicing, and coordination between teams. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to maintain compliance and confidentiality across all assigned tasks.
Handle daily administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
Support accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain organized employee and project records to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Communicate with field employees and supervisors to relay updates, schedules, or instructions.
Assist with purchase orders, job costing, and invoice preparation.
Coordinate onboarding paperwork, background checks, and credentialing documentation.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other supporting materials as needed.
Provide general administrative and logistical support to ensure project efficiency.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an administrative, accounting, or project coordination role.
Experience with A/R, A/P, and payroll processes (required).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) ; experience with accounting or time-tracking software preferred.
Experience in construction, staffing, or related industries (preferred).
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
