    About Child Community Services

    We are a non-profit organization talented individuals to join our mission. Our goal is to strengthen children with coping skills, emotional support, and to promote healthy living habits to build successful lives.

    We also have a sister company called Adult Community Services where we serve Adults and Seniors and will require patience on the phone.

    Population We Serve

    Children 3-18 years old with a behavioral health diagnosis or symptoms.

    Parents of the children with a behavioral health diagnosis or symptoms

    Job Duties

    Answer incoming calls and ensure quality customer service

    Receive and call new referrals via email and fax.

    Check Insurance Eligibility

    Set up new referrals for intake via DocuSign

    Print documents from DocuSign

    Assist patients with initial paperwork in person at the office when needed.

    Performs general administrative duties to include filing, data entry, and operating standard office equipment.

    Conduct audits of patients’ health records

    Coordinate and contact clients for Equine Groups.

    Handles outgoing documents to include processing certified mail

    Order supplies

    Take out trash when full. However, we have janitorial services 1x weekly.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent education required.

    Minimum of one year of administrative experience preferred.

    Experience working in a mental health clinic preferred.

    Ability to manage diverse responsibilities.

    Ability to maintain confidentiality.

    Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and to exercise sound and professional judgment.

    Must possess strong organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail as well as good grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.

    Ability to communicate effectively verbally and with sensitivity with the mental health population.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe. Ability to operate standard office equipment including copiers, computers, telephone, and fax machines.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
