    Align Financial Solutions is a fee-only wealth management firm serving high-achieving women who want clarity, confidence, and long-term financial security. We are growing thoughtfully and are looking for an Administrative Assistant and Client Service Associate to support clients and strengthen the client experience. This is a part-time role (15–20 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the firm expands. Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Responsible For Client Service & Communication: • Calling clients to confirm meetings and assist with onboarding • Joining rollover calls and helping guide clients through account transfers • Responding to client service inquiries with clarity and warmth • Preparing and sending follow-up emails and meeting recaps Onboarding & Custodian Support: • Preparing and processing Schwab paperwork • Managing ACATs, rollovers, RMDs, and account maintenance • Tracking transfers and following up to ensure completion • Coordinating account opening and funding workflows Administrative Support: • Scheduling meetings • Managing task follow-up • Organizing documents within the client vault • Updating client records and data entry in financial planning software Qualifications: Who This Role Is For You are: • Warm and professional on the phone • Calm under pressure • Detail-oriented and precise • Naturally service-driven • Comfortable handling sensitive financial matters • Organized without being rigid • Looking to grow within a fee-only fiduciary firm You enjoy creating order, following through, and helping clients feel reassured. Preferred: • 3–8+ years experience in financial services, RIA, or wealth management • Experience with Schwab Advisor Center (or similar custodian) • Familiarity with ACATs, rollovers, RMDs, account paperwork • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail Nice to Have: • Experience with financial planning software (eMoney, RightCapital, Black Diamond, etc.) Compensation: $20 - $28 hourly
