Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and very organized Administrative Assistant to join our growing firm with the goal of providing excellent customer service to our clients. In this role, you will provide support to our in-office and remote employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include organizing electronic workpapers and incoming information, answering emails and phone calls, scheduling appointments, and organizing and performing a variety of administrative functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor in this key customer service role.
Responsibilities
Monitor emails and correspondence received and administer them appropriately
Scan, bookmark, label and organize documents
Outstanding teamwork required with other firm employees to achieve excellent customer service for our clients
Answer incoming emails and phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
Provide other administrative support tasks as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or administrative training is preferred
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects.
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
Attention to detail required.
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Pro, and basic scanning and copier machine operation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tackle challenges head-on with positivity
