Department: Administration / Corporate Support Reports To: Director of Operations / Ownership Location: Corporate Office – Downtown Phoenix Compensation: Hourly ($18–$24/hr)
Position Summary The Office Administrator supports the daily operations of the Clive Collective corporate office and leadership team. This role ensures that administrative systems, documentation, and internal communication remain organized and efficient across multiple restaurant concepts. The Office Administrator plays a key role in maintaining structure behind the scenes so restaurant operations can run smoothly.
Administrative Operations & Organization • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with leadership coordination • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for company documents • Communicate between restaurant locations and the corporate office • Ensure administrative systems and records remain organized and accessible
Employee Onboarding & Documentation • Assist with new hire onboarding coordination across restaurant locations • Organize onboarding paperwork and employee documentation • Maintain accurate employee records and internal documentation files
Financial & Vendor Coordination • Assist with light accounts payable support including vendor invoice tracking • Maintain organized records for invoices, receipts, and financial documentation • Coordinate communication with vendors and service providers when needed
Office Operations & Logistics • Manage office supplies, mail, and general office organization • Coordinate deliveries, vendor services, and office logistics • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Operational Support & Projects • Provide administrative support for leadership and operational initiatives • Assist with documentation, tracking, and internal projects as the company grows
Skills & Qualifications • 2+ years of administrative, office management, or operations support experience preferred • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) • Hospitality or multi-location business experience is a plus
Physical & Scheduling Requirements • Full-time schedule, typically Monday–Friday business hours • Ability to sit, stand, and move within an office environment throughout the day
