Create loan disclosures for distribution to clients. Making sure that state specific guidelines are met, and all required fields are completed including all third-party information prior to approval.
Follow up with clients e-sign all disclosures within compliance mandatory turn times.
Reviews returned applications and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
Learn the ins and outs of various lenders we work with and how to navigate their broker portal.
Runs AUS and reviews for findings and required documentation.
Order title documents, credit supplements, verification of employment, etc. Conducts regular follow-ups with clients and referral sources.
Maintains regular communication with borrowers throughout the processing period, assisting the processing team with answering the borrower’s questions and notifying them of any additional information required.
Submits loan file allowing for stated turn times.
Maintains pipeline of all loans in process, tracks their progress, and meets all contractual deadlines.
Providing support on audits, with plans to independently manage them over time
Maintain a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the loan team to streamline approvals and closings.
Maintain professional, motivating communication tailored to each client's needs.
Qualifications:
Proven ability to read, write and communicate at a level consistent with the requirements of this position and professionally communicate with existing and past clients.
Working knowledge of standard loan products in the industry and strong familiarity with underwriting guidelines experience a plus.
Software competence with Microsoft Office prod. And Google Office prod. Experience with ARIVE LOS software a plus.
Organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure.
Sales: 1 year (Preferred).
Loan origination or experience in a Mortgage company: (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time – Monday - Friday 8-5 or 8:30 to 5:00 with a 1/2 hour lunch
