Administrative Assistant, Compliance & State Licensing Officer

We have a fast-paced environment in our West Valley office that offers a rewarding position for a smart, motivated individual.
We need a polished, assertive, professional in our up-beat, Salt Lake office to assist Senior Management with Administrative, State Licensing, and Compliance duties. In addition to helping Senior Management with various Administrative Assistant duties, this person will also manage our state licensing program to ensure we are up to date with all state licensing requirements and in compliance with all appropriate state and federal laws, Prior experience in these areas is helpful, but not mandatory. We have developed a robust tracking system to assist with State Licensing so we will provide training to the right individual.

Education and Experience
Associate’s degree in paralegal studies or a related legal field or 2-years of equivalent real-world experience in a paralegal or similar position.
Income
Pay will be based on education, experience, technical expertise, and overall ability to perform the job. The starting pay for this position is $25.00/hour. Based on the quality of work done, and meeting certain performance standards, this position may be eligible for a $1.00/hour raise every six months until reaching a maximum pay rate of $28.00/hour.
