    Position Summary:

    Corporate Leadership Center is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to provide administrative and operational support to our team members and leadership programs. This central role will also serve as the primary administrator of our CRM system, Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and optimizing its use across the organization. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and excels in managing multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential to success in this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Team Support

    · Develop and manage relationships with executive assistants to our Board members and other executives in our community, including email and phone communication

    · Assist with preparation and distribution of Board materials

    · Organize and maintain digital files on SharePoint and other systems of record

    · Support the coordination of organization-wide initiatives and events

    · Manage calendars and schedule meetings

    · Assist with travel arrangements

    Program Support

    · Support the program recruiting process, including researching the status of our alumni and other key individuals

    · Prepare program materials - including speaker bios, briefing documents, agendas, name tags, tent cards, etc.

    · Assist in communication with participants, speakers, members of our participating companies and vendors

    · Independently manage to-do lists, deadlines, program logistics and necessary follow-ups

    · Provide support for program and alumni events, including attending and assisting at some events, which may require limited evening work

    Salesforce Management

    · Timely enter and edit data, keeping information accurate and up to date

    · Generate necessary reports

    · Collaborate with the program teams to manage updates and troubleshoot issues

    Qualifications:

    · Proven experience as an administrative assistant in a remote environment, or similar role

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    · A self-starter who is comfortable supporting multiple team members including executives

    · Strong project management and organizational skills

    · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn

    · Knowledge of Airtable and Canva a plus, but must be willing to learn and adapt to these and other new technologies and applications

    · Interest in leadership development and curiosity about our programs, participants, participating companies and content, including a willingness to occasionally observe our program modules

    Status:

    · Part-time / hourly (average approximately 30 hours a week) contractor position with some degree of flexibility. To effectively support the full team, there will be an expectation of reasonable availability during regular business hours. The work will be performed primarily remotely, with certain in-person participation in meetings, leadership programs and events required.

    · The estimated hourly range for the job is $30-$35 per hour.

    Corporate Leadership Center (CLC) cultivates dynamic business leaders through its two executive leadership development programs, CEO Perspectives and LWE. We are a small, agile and energetic team of professionals that deliver high-quality programs and events for executive leaders of Fortune 500 and select growth companies. Our organization is dedicated to building relationships and growing our powerful community of business executives and thought leaders. The team of eight currently consists of a CEO, Finance and Administration Director & Treasurer, Finance Manager & Assistant Treasurer, and a Marketing Consultant who work across both programs, as well as an Executive Director and Program Manager for each of the two programs.

    · About CEO Perspectives: CEO Perspectives is a unique leadership development experience for executives reporting to the CEOs or preparing to transition to the C-suite in the near term. The year-long program is delivered over six, two-day modules held in downtown Chicago. The curriculum is interactive, featuring candid conversations with leading academics, thought leaders, and sitting CEOs and Board Chairs, as well as collaborative discussions among participants. CEO Perspectives also offers ongoing alumni engagement, fostering continued peer networking and learning opportunities.

    · About LWE: LWE is a leadership development experience for leaders who are advancing to executive leadership roles. The program is held twice a year, with a Spring and Fall cycle. Each program cycle consists of three, multi-day modules – a blend of in-person and virtual sessions. The program is a highly curated, personalized and collaborative experience that focuses on leadership skill building, organizational support and ongoing networking. LWE also offers ongoing alumnae engagement and digital resources to foster ongoing learning and strategic networking.
