We’re seeking a reliable, detail-driven professional to support daily administrative and operational needs while acting as a trusted support partner to leadership. This role is ideal for someone proactive, polished, and confident in managing priorities with minimal oversight. Compensation Salary range: $65,000–$75,000 (based on experience) Paid Time Off + Full Benefits Responsibilities: • Manage scheduling and daily administrative coordination • Handle incoming communications with high professionalism • Prepare documents and internal materials as needed • Maintain organized files, systems, and office processes • Support office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination • Assist with meetings, projects, and general team support Qualifications: • 3+ years of administrative or office support experience • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Clear, professional written and verbal communication • Tech-savvy and comfortable with office systems and tools • Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented • Comfortable working in an in-office, fast-paced environment Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 yearly DOE
