    About Us

    Primrose School of Old Bridge is seeking an energetic, creative, and highly organized Family Experience Coordinator to support our leadership team and help create an exceptional experience for our children, families, and staff.

    This role is much more than a traditional administrative position. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating memorable experiences for families, and helping our school run smoothly every day.     What You'll Do

    Welcome and assist current families, visitors, and prospective families with warmth and professionalism

    Answer phones, emails, and enrollment inquiries

    Schedule and coordinate school tours

    Assist with enrollment paperwork, attendance, student records, and administrative documentation

    Create newsletters, flyers, family communications, and social media content

    Plan and coordinate school events, celebrations, appreciation weeks, and family engagement activities

    Keep the front office organized, welcoming, and running efficiently

    Maintain office supplies and administrative systems

    Support school leadership with projects and daily operations

    Step into classrooms to assist when needed

    Be a positive ambassador for our school every day

    Qualifications

    Experience working with children in a preschool, daycare, school, camp, or similar environment strongly preferred

    Administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred

    Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

    Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
