    Doors to Freedom is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our team. This role is essential in helping ensure all contractual obligations are met and administrative processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple tasks efficiently, and enjoys working with people while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Responsibilities: • Oversees the coordination of the onboarding process for employees and volunteers. • Remains current on current administrative and human resource practices and ensures those practices align with Doors to Freedom’s Policies and Procedures. • Provides updates to staff on training opportunities for annual Continuing Education. • First point of contact for Doors to Freedom for email and telephone communication, ensuring the correspondence is screened and directed to the appropriate staff. • Assistant to the Executive Director and Operations Director for administrative office tasks and projects. • Maintains personnel files and accurate copies of personnel documentation, ensuring Doors to Freedom is up to date and in compliance with contractual and accreditation requirements. • Oversees the management of the Employee Form Checklist - [POS01] and ensures it is up-to-date. • Oversees the purchase and stocking of the office supplies needed to run Doors to Freedom, with approval and guidance from the Operations Director and/or Executive Director. • With assistance from the Operations Director, ensures the mail is directed to the appropriate staff. • Assists the Executive Director with coordinating timesheets and tracking time-off documentation. • Assists the Executive Director and Operations Director with training needs for Doors to Freedom (i.e., onboarding training, all staff training, etc.) Qualifications: • Strongly Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar or related area of study and one year of experience in administrative duties with a non-profit organization and/or a closely related field. Compensation: $48,000
