Our ideal candidate has:
A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.
Experience working in an Early Childhood Education facility, especially a Primrose School.
Flexible availability and willing to work all shifts to meet the needs of the school.
Proficient knowledge in Power Point, Excel, Word, Database systems, and Social Media platforms.
Organized and efficient management of tasks with limited oversight.

As a Leadership Team Member at Primrose School at Bulverde Road located at 18207 Bulverde Rd, SAT TX 78259 you will help young minds explore, discover and understand the world around them. We are an accredited private preschool that provides a premier educational child care experience. We offer year-round programs for children from infant through fourth grade.

Benefits: (Full Time employees only)
Starting pay is 30,000 - 33,000 based on experience and education.
Weekday Schedule : Monday - Friday (No Weekends)

Primary Responsibilities:
Is jointly responsible for the overall safety and security of the school.
Observes all rules and regulations at Primrose and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children.
Supports the needs of staff and parents and may act as a liaison with communication.
Maintains an attractive, well-kept front desk area that welcomes all persons to our school.
Receives all packages and tracks receipts.
Orders and maintains stock of all office supplies.
Creates newsletters and calendars for parent communication.
Maintains the school website and assists with social media posts.
Plans and participates in the implementation of all teacher and parent appreciations, and coordinates all school events.
Attends all required staff meetings, workshops and/or school functions.
Maintains overall professional personal appearance adhering to the guidelines offered in the Employee Handbook.
Receives and ensures compliance with all students files and updates as necessary.
Assists in other capacities that Director, or designee, determines is necessary.

Desired skills and experience:
Must meet basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency
Previous position in a licensed early childhood program preferred
Knowledge of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
