Embrase is seeking a motivated and organized Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations at our Alpine location. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in gaining experience in a fast-growing sales and leadership environment. No prior administrative experience is required — training is provided.
Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and messages
Provide administrative support to management and sales teams
Assist with scheduling, data entry, and record keeping
Maintain organized digital and physical files
Prepare basic reports and documentation
Help coordinate meetings, onboarding materials, and office needs
Ensure professional and positive communication with team members and partners
High school diploma or equivalent
Entry-level role — prior office or administrative experience is a plus but not required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, documents)
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
$16–18/hour based on experience
