The Hachar Law Group’s Entertainment Division represents clients across film, television, music, digital media, and other creative industries. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our entertainment attorneys in providing exceptional legal services to industry professionals. This role is ideal for a candidate passionate about the entertainment industry, with strong organizational skills and a commitment to client service. Responsibilities: • Draft, edit, and format entertainment-related legal documents for attorney review and approval. • Maintain organized client and project files. • Follow up with correspondence pertaining to existing matters via email with clients when needed. • Take notes during all internal Entertainment Team meetings and send an internal recap of next steps. • Support in the upkeep of internal workflow platforms such as Monday.com, Dropbox, Clio, etc. • Support attorneys in negotiations by preparing summaries and comparison charts of deal terms. • File and track intellectual property registrations, copyright notices, and trademark applications. • Monitor release dates across all clients to make sure no deadline is missed or delayed. • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive business and creative information. • Assist with research on entertainment law trends, industry standards, and guild regulations. • Support firm-wide initiatives, events, and client relations within the entertainment sector. Qualifications: • Legal experience preferred but not required. • Prior experience as a Legal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a dual-role position preferred. • Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Google, Remind App, Monday.com, Clio, or similar legal software). • Ability to work with discretion, confidentiality, and attention to legal detail. • Basic Knowledge of document formatting. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and case/document management software. • Professional demeanor and client-service mindset. Compensation: $700 - $1,300 monthly
