    🎯 Position Summary

    The Administrative Assistant supports the Director and leadership team by ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining accurate records, assisting families, and helping the center remain organized and licensing-compliant.

    This role is essential to the professionalism and efficiency of our academy.

    🏫 Front Office & Family Relations

    βœ” Greet parents, children, and visitors in a warm and professional manner βœ” Answer and direct phone calls and emails βœ” Assist families with enrollment paperwork and required documentation βœ” Maintain student records in compliance with state licensing regulations

    πŸ“‹ Administrative & Compliance Support

    βœ” Track attendance and maintain staff schedules βœ” Monitor staff certifications and required training documentation βœ” Assist with child care subsidy paperwork and billing support βœ” Prepare files for licensing reviews and audits

    πŸ’Ό Office Operations

    βœ” Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) βœ” Order office supplies and manage inventory βœ” Assist with payroll documentation (if applicable) βœ” Ensure confidentiality of all student and staff information

    πŸ“’ Communication & Event Support

    βœ” Prepare newsletters, memos, and parent communication βœ” Assist with special events and family engagement activities βœ” Support hiring efforts (applications, interview scheduling, onboarding paperwork)
