FundKite is an alternative financing company specializing in the purchase of future receivables. We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. The successful candidate will need to perform general administrative and clerical duties including data entry, answering telephone (when needed), and any other administrative duties as assigned. In this role, you will act as an interface between other departments. Candidate should be able to assist management by handling administrative tasks, generally bringing helpful and a positive presence in the workplace. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly.
Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
Maintain records and database.
Data entry.
Assist all departments.
Be team oriented and enjoy being part of a diverse office
Using computers to generate reports, conduct research.
Interact via phone with clients.
Requirements:
Must be able to work full time 9:00am-6:00PM Prior administrative experience Attention to detail Advanced computer knowledge a must. MS office (word, excel, outlook, pivot)
Pay: Commensurate with experience.
