Why Work With Us We offer: • 401(k) with employer match: 100% match on the first 3% you contribute, plus 50% match on the next 2% (up to 4% total) • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 15 days PTO (plus one additional day per year after 3 years) • Paid holidays • 1-month sabbatical after 5 years Responsibilities: • Assists in administrative functions such as telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution • Assists in the minor technical setup of systems, applications, and hardware for new employees • Generic clerical duties as assigned • Provide confidential administrative support to leadership and others as requested • Mailroom assistance, including outbound shipments • Office inventory management • Event planning - including going to off-site locations • Help develop and enforce office protocols and policies • Performs other related duties as assigned by the office manager • Order and restock inventory as needed • Coordinate employee events such as lunches and off-site events Qualifications: • Bilingual highly preferred (Spanish) • Must have a valid driver's license • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized • Customer service and administrative experience are preferred • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly
