Responsibilities: • Keeping me organized and on track, calendar, inbox, deadlines, follow-ups, the whole operation • Freeing me up to be in front of clients, handling the behind-the-scenes, so I can focus on relationships and results • Planning and executing client events, client appreciation parties, closing gifts, milestone celebrations, and touches that make people feel truly cared for • Supporting our marketing cadence, helping coordinate content, mailings, and client-care outreach • Being a trusted gatekeeper and problem-solver, anticipating needs before I even ask • Bringing your own ideas to the table,I want someone invested, not just a task-doer Qualifications: • Deeply organized, with an eye for detail that borders on an art form • Proactive — you see what needs to happen next and you're already doing it • Warm, kind, and genuinely people-first (our clients will feel your energy!) • A great communicator who can represent me and my brand with polish and heart • Comfortable wearing a lot of hats and shifting gears with grace • Tech-comfortable (CRM systems, Google Suite, social platforms — or eager to learn) • Real estate experience is a bonus, not a requirement — your character and capability matter more Compensation: $23 - $25 hourly
