Our office is in need of an Administrative Assistant. This position will be about 25 - 35 hours per week 3 - 5 days a week. Hours are 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday - Friday.
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like MS Excel, MS Word, and office equipment. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Follow up with residential customers on a periodic basis to ensure that we do not unknowingly skip their window cleaning.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
Clean office on a periodic basis
Wash towels and mops using the company provied washing machine and dryer.
Handle billing/accounts receivables
Manage relationships with maintenance companies
Skills
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and computers
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
