Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy and enjoys providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage incoming emails, prioritizing urgent items and responding as appropriate
Maintain and update calendars, ensuring appointments, meetings and deadlines are accurate and current
Answer phone calls professionally and provide friendly, helpful customer service.
Organize and maintain digital files using Dropbox and Google Drive
Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports and other documents using Microsoft Excel and Word
Assist with general office tasks, including document preparation, data entry and administrative support
Qualifications
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Friendly and professional phone demeanor
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, Dropbox and spreadsheets
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
