GTA is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this full-time role, you'll play a key part in keeping our office running smoothly, providing vital support to both management and staff.
This position offers a professional office setting, with regular hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and occasional overtime to meet project deadlines. If you have 2 or more years of administrative experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Phone support
- Composing, editing and formatting correspondence and reports
- Copying and scanning documents for distribution to clients
- Processing timesheets
- Processing incoming/outgoing mail
- Preparing FedEx shipments
- Other various administrative support duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Residential construction experience a plus
- HS diploma with 2+ years related experience or a college degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Typing speed: 50 WPM
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Adobe Acrobat experience preferred
