We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated administrative assistant to assist with scheduling and coordinating client meetings, handling intake calls, managing client relationships, and general administrative tasks in a growing law office. The successful candidate should have a background in professional services and managing schedules with exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: • Conduct intake meetings for potential clients • Meet with clients to review and sign documents • Schedule client meetings for the attorney • Secure speaking engagements for attorneys to present on estate planning • Draft wealth inventories in Excel for clients • Attend marketing events on behalf of the law firm • Secure reviews from satisfied clients • print and prepare binders for delivery • Other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • Experience working in a client-oriented atmosphere • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university • Strong knowledge of business English in composition to include correspondence and various other materials • Good communication skills • Ability to work independently with minimal instructions • Ability to prioritize workload based on internal and external customer needs • Ability to meet and deal with internal and external customers in a professional manner • Strong critical thinking skills • 2-4 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar position • Proficient in MS Office with a minimum of 2 years of experience • Preferred: experience working with Clio or Lawmatics legal software Compensation: $22 - $24 hourly
