    Position Overview:
    We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Office Assistant to be the welcoming voice and face of our company. Someone who also has a knack for keeping accounts receivable on track. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and keeping the office running smoothly—all while having a little fun along the way.

    If you are someone who works hard, shows up on time, and can brighten a room just by walking in, while keeping our billing running smoothly—we want to meet you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
    • Greet visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
    • Ability to work 40 hours a week; 7am to 4pm Mon-Friday shift.
    • Perform light clerical duties, such as filing, scanning, data entry, and organizing documents.
    • Maintain accurate accounts receivable records, including processing customer payments and posting them to accounts.
    • Follow up on overdue accounts with friendly but professional reminders.
    • Assist with general office tasks and provide support to team members as needed.
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, personable demeanor.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Punctual and dependable—shows up ready to work every day.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, word processing).
    • Experience with accounts receivable processes is preferred but not required.
    • A team player who brings good energy to the workplace.
