Monitor staff license, certification, and clearance expiration dates and drive timely renewals
Administrative Duties
Provide day-to-day clerical and office support to leadership and all departments
Answer and route phone calls, emails, and general company correspondence
Maintain organized digital filing systems and shared drives
Track DDD and AHCCCS documentation and licensing compliance requirements
Prepare, format, and distribute company documents, forms, and reports
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and take meeting notes

One or more years of administrative, office support, or recruiting experience
Experience in healthcare, home care, behavioral health, or DDD-funded services is a strong plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including documents, spreadsheets, and shared drives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines without losing details
