    ✨ What You'll Do

    • Greet visitors, answer phones, and handle daily correspondence.

    • Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and recordkeeping.

    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail for residents, families, and staff.

    • Support financial tasks such as petty cash and resident spending accounts.

    • Maintain office files, personnel records, and attendance logs.

    • Help coordinate facility events and marketing efforts.

    • Ensure office supplies and equipment are well-stocked and maintained.

    ✅ What We're Looking For

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    • Friendly, professional communication style.

    • Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.).

    • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
