    We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support HighPoint Law Offices, LLC. This role involves assisting attorneys with administrative and document-related tasks, including preparing form letters, supporting the completion of legal documents under attorney direction, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a legal environment and understands the importance of confidentiality, precision, and professionalism.

    Job Responsibilities

    Prepare and complete standard form letters and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail

    Assist attorneys and legal staff in drafting and assembling legal documents under direction

    Proofread documents for grammar, formatting, and completeness

    Organize, maintain, and update client files (physical and electronic)

    Manage document templates and ensure consistency across firm communications

    Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, copying, and scanning

    Coordinate communications with clients, courts, and third parties as instructed

    Maintain strict confidentiality of client and firm information

    Support scheduling, calendar management, and other administrative duties as needed

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, especially in document preparation

    Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under attorney supervision

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and document formatting

    Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently

    Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent required

    Associate or bachelor's degree preferred

    Successfully pass background/reference check

    Experience with litigation is not required but preferred
