Administrative Assistant (Home Health Agency)
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our home health agency team. We are specifically looking for someone who understands the day-to-day operations of a home health agency and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Daily use of HHAeXchange for scheduling, EVV, and visit management
Reviewing and correcting EVV exceptions
Verifying caregiver shifts and timesheets
Communicating with caregivers, clients, and case managers
Maintaining accurate client and employee records
Supporting compliance and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
Previous experience working in a home health agency
Hands-on experience with HHAeXchange is required
Strong organizational and communication skills
