We are seeking a sharp, dependable Billing & Payroll Coordinator to join our team and help drive accuracy and efficiency in our caregiver payroll and client billing processes. You will work directly with our leadership team and help support two office locations.
Responsibilities:
Submit weekly payroll via Paychex Flex
Prepare and manage invoices using WellSky
Track client hours and verify service delivery
Reconcile hours and resolve discrepancies
Support accounts receivable follow-ups
Ensure timely and accurate data entry
Qualifications:
2+ years of payroll or billing experience (home care or healthcare preferred)
Strong computer skills; familiarity with Paychex and WellSky preferred
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and follow-through
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
What Success Looks Like:
Payroll submitted on-time every week with zero errors
100% of invoices submitted within 3 business days
Outstanding balances tracked and followed up weekly
Minimal leadership intervention required
Flexible work from home options available.
