POSITION OVERVIEW: This position is for highly organized and customer-centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—what matters most is professionalism, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
House Doctors is a professional handyman and home improvement service company specializing in both large and small jobs in Butler County. We are looking for an energetic and friendly individual to support our operations by handling calls, scheduling, organizing workflows, and helping with social media.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer inbound calls and return voicemails
Schedule estimate appointments and manage our calendar
Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and inquiries
Assist in organizing files, customer records, and communications
Help create and post social media content to promote our brand
Support the owner and technicians with administrative tasks as needed
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
No degree required! We are looking for relevant experience
Prior experience with customer service or administrative support preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with social media platforms and basic tech tools (Google Workspace, CRM, etc.)
Ability to work independently, manage time well, and maintain attention to detail
